New Campaign Launched
November sees a new promotional campaign for telecare highlighting the range of telecare sensors such as pill dispensers, falls detectors and bed sensors, all available as part of the 12 week free trial. This trial is applicable to anyone who will benefit from it and includes a community alarm provided by Surrey’s borough and district councils. After 12 weeks, if someone decides to keep the community alarm and telecare sensor, the only cost to be paid is for the community alarm which is between £4 and £5 a week. The additional sensors are absolutely FREE.
New materials launched! A “telecare house” flyer has been developed to help residents see exactly where telecare sensors can make a difference by monitoring their safety at home.
To help staff refer residents to telecare, we have developed a poster which clearly states the benefits of each of the core sensors, with free trial and referral details.
As part of the campaign, you may also seefire safety posters, case studies and hear radio ads promoting the linked smoke alarm, the free home fire assessment, and telecare sensors.
