Linda uses a Smoke Alarm

Because of Linda’s Muscular Dystrophy condition, she has care workers who look after her during the day, but is alone during the night. Linda often worries that if there were a fire, she may not be able to leave the house in time to get out safely.

Linda has had a smoke alarm for years but it just makes a loud noise, and can’t help her get out of the house in an emergency
